Analysis of Jane Eyre

INTRODUCTION

The heroine of the novel Jane Eyre had experienced love, ups and downs , but she did not give up or abandon the spirit of making the final was a success, which shows that with perseverance. The novel 's characters embody the spirit of the women at that time and the women in modern society. Her self-esteem, self-love and self-reliance are worth modern female friends to carry on . In modern life , regardless of learning, living, or working, even if the difficulties encountered , Jane probably would not fall into that kind of life predicament. Therefore, we should build confidence and stick to our pursuit so as to have a good and happy life . In the society nowadays, money is flooded with people's spiritual and material world. Jane became to struggle for dignity and love for the value of life, so now very few people can face the value of their lives. Between money and love , extreme poverty and wealth, few people would choose to adhere to their principles as Jane Eyre. high or low care status. What’s more, she did not ask for anything but just gave female readers resonate together.

Chapter One LITERATURE REVIEW

Feminism refers to women demanding equal rights ethos which is also known as the doctrine of men and women equal rights, feminists. The paper "On Women," first proposed by the French novelist Dumas in 1872. Feminist movement is the product of Enlightenment thought and the modern women's liberation movement of the bourgeoisie, to promote the human rights of women who may have equal rights with men in all spheres of life. Feminism has a broad culture in many aspects such as political, economic, legal, educational, religious, ethical and other areas, and lead to massive contemporary feminist movement.

1.1 Origin of Feminism

theory and political movement in the western countries. The word Feminist -Feminism first appeared in France which means women's liberation. With the spread of Anglo-American, it becomes more and more popular. When the May Fourth Movement of 1919 had spread to China, it was considered as a feminist movement. In Western countries, it initially refers to the pursuit of gender equality, the first suffrage and so on. Women in Western countries have secured equal political rights basically since 1920s and 1930s. But the social life and people's minds are still unequal to men. Feminists began to realize that this one has a gender relations or gender power problem. So why the feminist movement becomes analysis of gender inequality, gender power structure, emphasizing gender analysis. China also recognizes that there has been not enough topics or discussions about women's rights as well as gender analysis. From feminism - feminism is not essentially different , but to deepen understanding . At present, many in the country with feminism, the deeper significance of gender power with gender studies and feminist is too easy for people to accept. Feminism is a combination of theory and practice. And gender equality is a belief and ideology aimed against all inequalities, including gender discrimination.

In the view of modern philosophical and social movements, feminism has the origins from the Age of Enlightenment thinkers of the 18th century. Such as "feminist defense of" Mary Wu Er Shi Dong-carat Croft was written before the 19th century, few can claim to be one of the few feminist writings. WU Er-carat Croft Stone likened the noble women, social elite, pampered, fragile and dangerous knowledge and moral laziness. She believed that men and women had the

responsibility for this situation, and that women had more power than men which was a matter of course. But it does not mean there are not other writings on gender equality which are earlier than it. (Heinrich 58 )

1.2 The basic theory

Feminist philosophy can be summed up as all kinds of theoretical issues of common concern and apply various theories to the following ten aspects.

1.Feminism has feminism found that women in lower social status and misery are not unalterable. Whether it is the female gender, or social status of women \identities and roles, the realities of social injustice are being constructed by them. They have no choice of power and ability ;

2. The existence of the missing women will be discussed in the study. It has found that women who exist in the society are just non-existent, and are subsidiaries of men and subservient persons; female non- existence of the state is the power of social domination and unreasonable men history caused by lacking of expression of the entire human existence .

3. The practice of female power will also be explored. In some aspects such as economic rights , political rights and legal powers, etc. The first is the equal rights of gender equality, the right to equality awareness and real power is important. However, women's rights are excluded and being trampled to some extent which is still unexpected and very serious ;

4. There is no protection about female security. You need to make an alert and social protection measures ; women are often subjected to attack and harassment

of men at home or public places; male-centered single-sex rule, treat with mandatory and tyrannical manner women and weak which has led to female sexual scourge of terrorism.

5. The suffering of repression and creativity of women is ignored. Women are creating great power of human culture, but their creativity has been neglected. What is more, women's creativity and creation by men of their own to seize plunder becomes all; female creativity suppressed and plunder which is due to the unreasonable social status. This is a loss to society which is unfortunately all mankind.

6. The conscious self-awareness and the development of women's liberation and freedom are not only social problems, they are also women’s own problems. Women as the main creative practice are often not recognized, and they only rely on self-improvement and self- struggle combination of social movements who may have the possibility of success.

7. Women impartial humanitarian facts of discrimination against women exposing. When women take on true human justice, fairness, freedom and fraternity duties, they should be treated in a humane justice in many aspects including women and nature, of human culture and national culture, the individual and overall.

8. Women’s organization building is urgently reformed to protect the channel to achieve justice for women at any time and any place. However, when the rights of women are hurt, no one can discuss without a supportive social forces. It can be said that a social organization with men who became conspirators injury or even
