摘要：根据小机车箱体的技术要求和中批量生产类型，制定了小机车箱体的机械加工工艺过程，设计各加工工序，包括各加工面的加工方法、加工方案和切削用量的选择。对加工精度要求高的孔采用粗镗—半精镗—精镗的加工方法，平面的加工采用粗铣－精铣的方法。同时设计了箱体加工过程中要用到的铣夹具、钻夹具和镗夹具。并且阐明了工艺路线的确定原则，并对工艺路拟定中的工艺设计问题进行了讨论。

关键词：箱体0件；加工工艺规程设计。

Technique Design on A small locomotive

Abstract：According small locomotive carriage technical requirements and the type of mass production, the development of small locomotive box machining process, the design processes, including the machined surface processing methods, processing programs and cutting the amount of choice. On the processing requirements of high accuracy using rough hole boring - boring - precision-machining of precision boring, Plane processing using Rough Milling-precision milling method. Meanwhile designed box processing with the fixture milling ， drilling and boring jig fixture. And clarify the process to determine the line of principle, and road development process，the process design problems were discussed.
