OC曲线与检验中犯第Ⅱ类错误的概率控制问题

摘要:在整个数理统计中,假设检验是1个很重要很有应用价值的部分,但假设检验中存在着犯两类错误的风险。本文就ＯＣ曲线和假设检中两类错误的关系进行了阐述和分析，特别地讨论了几种常见检验法的ＯＣ函数及图像，以及检验中犯第Ⅱ类错误的概率控制问题和现实意义。由于ＯＣ函数在产品质量抽样检验中得到越来越多的应用，并且在抽样检验中对第Ⅱ类错误的控制与抽样成本有直接关系，因此对此问题的研究具有实际应用价值。

OC-curve and the problem of probability control of committing the type Ⅱ errors in inspection

Abstract: In the entire mathematical statistic, hypothesis test is a very importants and valuable part, but it exists the risk of committing two kinds of errors. This thesis elaborations and analyzes oc-curve and the relationship of the two kinds of errors in the hypothesis test. Especially discusses the oc function and image of several common inspection methods, and the problem of probability control of committing the type Ⅱerrors during inspection and its practical meaning. Because the oc function has been applied more and more in the quality sampling inspection of product, and there’s a direct relationship between the control of committing the type Ⅱerrors and the sampling cost, research on this problem has practical application value
