教务管理信息系统

摘要

随着高等学校办学规模的不断扩大、办学层次的多样化.现行的高校教学教务管理模式多数为手工操作,工作效率低,引进信息管理,设计开发了1套教学管理信息系统10分必要.

本论文以广州职业技术学院教务管理为背景,简析管理信息系统的开发历程和方法,对教务管理信息系统重点进行了系统分析、系统总体结构设计及部分子系统的详细设计和成绩管理子系统的程序实现.主要作了以下的研究和开发工作:

1、在管理信息系统的开发历程和方法的简析中,对管理信息系统的发展、系统分析和设计方法,管理信息系统的开发方法进行陈述和分析.

2、在系统分析中,对教务管理模式、用户需求、教务管理流程进行分析,按照校、院两级管理模式对系统的组织机构及职能进行划分,并将系统划分为6大功能模块（子系统）,对各子系统的功能进行了详细分析.

3、阐述了系统的设计目标和原则,分析研究了教务管理处理流程,进行系统总体结构设计.

4、对系统功能设计、接口设计和数据库应用设计进行详细阐述.以广州职业技术学院成绩管理子系统为例,进行功能陈述、主菜单介绍及功能界面的展现.

总之,本文通过系统分析和系统设计,并进行程序实现.成功地完成了教务管理信息系统的研究与开发.但还可以更好的完善各项功能,

Educational Administration Management Information System

Abstract ：With the continuous enlargement of the school management and the various gradations in the university, most of the current educational administration running unefficietly, so it is very necessary to introduce information management and design a set of Educational Administration Management Information System.

The essay is based on the Educational Administration Management of Guangzhou Vocational Technical School and analysis the exploring process and methods of the Management Information System briefly. It lays emphasis on the system analysis, the whole structure design, the spacific design of part of the subsystem and the process realization of records management. It mainly deals with the following research and exploring work:

1、There is statement and analysis on the development of Management Information System, system analysis ,designing methods and the ways of Management Information System in the brief introduction about the exploring process and approach of the Management Information System.

2、It introduces the Educational Administration Management mode, the user’s needs and Educational Administration process in the system analysis. The organization structure and function of the system is operated according to the management wodes both in the university and the departments. Meanwhile, it divides the system into 6 functional patterns and gives detailed analysis on the function of each subsystem.

3、It explains the designing aim and principle of the system, the operating process of the Educational Administration Management and the overall structure design of the system.

4、It especially states on the design of the system function, interface and application of data-base. Take the records management subsystem in the Guangzhou Vocational Technical School for example, the function statement, the menu introduction and the show of function interface, the general statistical foreground and background of students’ records are realized (as appendix)

To sum up, the essay successfully completes the research and exploration of Educational Administration Management Information System by system analysis, design and the realization of the process. It can be improved as well.
