超市进销存管理系统

摘要

本系统采用Visual Basic 6.0 编写，具有界面美观，操作简单，容易上手等特点。它可以帮助客户快速有效地管理进货、销售、库存、应收/应付款等各项业务。合理控制进销存各个环节，提高资金的利用率和结算速度，实现管理的高效性、实时性、安全性、科学化、现代化、智能化。

在本次设计中，我充分考虑了用户的选择性，所以编写代码使它同时支持SQL和ACCESS两种数据库。首先我对系统进行了详细地分析，然后画出了系统流程图，设计了操作员登录、商品类型管理、商品管理等9个模块构，并加入1些新的功能，分析和解决了1些技术问题，最后对系统进行测试和总结。

本系统广泛适用于公司、商场、超市、企业的销售管理, 库存管理，财务管理，客户管理等，是进行信息化管理的强大工具。

Abstract

This system is designed by Visual Basic 6.0. It has the characteristics of beautiful interface, simple operation and easy starting, etc. It may help the customer handle all kinds of businesses fast and effectively, such as the stocks, the sale, the storage, the account, and so on. Reasonably controls each links of sales and stock, this system enhances the utility of the fund and the settlement speed and achieves management effectiveness, timeliness, security, modernization, and intelligentization.

In this design, I fully consider choices of customs, so I write codes which support two kinds of databases: SQL and ACCESS at the same time. First, I analyses the system in detail. Then, I draw the flow chart of the system and design nine module forms such as operator logging in, commodity types management and commodity management, etc. Besides, some new functions are added to analyse and solve the technology problems. Finally, the system is tested and I make the conclusion.

This system is widely suitable for the sale management, storage management, financial control and customs management, etc. in companies, supermarkets and enterprises. It is a powerful tool for information management.
