企业办公自动化管理系统

摘要

本系统是根据企业日常办公的需求进行开发设计的，采用B/S3层架构技术，来实现以服务器为中心，对企业日常办公进行管理。办公自动化管理系统主要针对普通职员和系统管理员两类人员使用。此系统主要功能有：发布企业的公告、传送文件；为了促进内部员工之间的交流，设置了聊天室、实现对在线信息的查看与删除，活动投票；设置员工考勤，实现员工上下班签到签退的考核；实现公司优秀员工评比；实现员工修改登录系统个人密码；管理员对员工信息、管理员工登录账号信息、职位信息与部门信息的管理。本系统可以应用到局域网之中进行信息通讯。本系统有安装便捷，占用内存少等特点，此外系统在功能上还有很大的扩展性，企业可以根据自身需求，进1步开发完善。

Abstract

This system is designed according to need of the enterprises daily office work, using the

technologies of the B/S three levels construction to realize the Server-centered to manage the enterprisedaily office work..The office automation management system is made up by the ordinary worker and system manager and the function is complete.This system should to realize those following goals: realize the announcement of the frontstage,the management of the files delivery,and realize the management of the frontstage staffs information. In order to promote the communication of the internal staff,we has established the chatroom,the voting.realizing the competition between the outstanding staffs,the registration when the staffcome and leave,and the staffs can revise their personal password when they register.At the same time，they can check and delete the announce information through the backstage.The backstage manager can check the staffsinformation about the position and the department.and realize the establishment of the backstage manage the staffs coming and going ,and the check and delete of the on-line information, whats more ,it has established funtion of the backstages withdraw .This system can apply in the local area network to carry on the management.In addition this system has a big extension in function,each enterprise may further develops the consummation according to their own demands.
