The Application of Fuzzy
Comprehensive Evaluation on teachers’ Teaching Quality
Abstract
In this paper, we analyse the basic idea of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. then, we evaluate the teaching quality by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. We discuss the factor sets in this paper, which include teaching attitude, teaching content, teaching methods ,teaching effect and teaching abilities. Firstly, we calculate the weight of every factor with Delphi method; Secondly, we make the first evaluation to each factor; Finally, we make an second comprehensive appraisal on the results which comes from the first evaluation and get the final results which is the same as practice.
