摘要

中小学音乐教育作为素质性的教育，其目的不是只为学生提供知识和技能，它应作为1种普及性教育来提供给学生创造性的经验，培养学生的个性与思维的发展，让他们享受到在音乐成长中的快乐。而这种教育目的的实现首先应以学生为主体，尊重他们的自尊心、个性差异，并根据他们的身心发展特点来设计音乐教学。

音乐教学的课程设计应因材施教、灵活机动并通过师生互动的教学形式来达到其使用性与审美性的要求。中小学音乐课对学生实行素质教育应以激励性评价为主，还应注重对其音乐素质评价的全程性和全面性。

在提倡教学中以学生为主体时，仍不能忽视教师的指导作用，如果没有教师正确的引导就不可能达到教育的目的。

关键词：中小学；音乐教育；学生；主体性

ABSTRACT

Primary and secondary education as a quality of music education, the aim is not only to provide students with knowledge and skills, it should be a universal sex education to students to provide creative experiences and train the students to the development of personality and mentality, so that they can enjoy the happiness in the music growing. And the purpose of achieving such education should begin with students as the main, to respect their self-esteem, personality differences, and based on the characteristics of their physical and mental development to the design of music teaching. Music should be taught according to their teaching curriculum, teacher-student interaction and adopted flexible teaching forms for its use of sexual and aesthetic requirements. Music classes for primary and secondary students to evaluate the quality of education should be to stimulate, mainly, but also on the quality of its music and comprehensive evaluation process. In the promotion of teaching students to the principal, teachers still can not ignore the guiding role, in the absence of proper guidance teachers can not reach the aim of education.
