摘要

放松是通过1定程度演奏技巧的训练，学会精神上和躯体上放松的1个过程，即练习如何按照自己的意志逐渐放松腰、背、肩、手臂、手腕、手指、从而获得心理上的放松。在钢琴演奏中，没有绝对的紧张也没有绝对的放松，应该是松中有紧，紧中有松，恰如其分的表现它。演奏技巧和心理因素在钢琴演奏过程中占举足轻重的作用，是放松的主要途径。放松是钢琴演奏中的基础和润滑剂。钢琴演奏中所表现的刚强有力富有弹性、悲壮激昂而又坚定沉稳、活泼欢快而又严谨规范等等，都是要合理运用放松才能被完善的。离开了它，琴声变得暗淡失去光泽，影响音质的发挥，阻碍学琴进度，因此，我们在练琴的过程中要坚持不懈地注重对放松的体会与实践，将放松的感觉演练成为习惯，相信在整个学琴过程中会受益匪浅。
