［提要］文革10年间的音乐，在中国音乐史上是比较特殊的1段，林彪、江青等人将艺术，音乐作为政治统治的工具，不少艺术形式受到严重影响。但手风琴凭借它乐器本身热情有力、音色多样、携带方便的优越性在这个特殊的阶段以其符合社会主义文艺发展需要而有所发展。

分析文革时期手风琴艺术在中国的发展状况，不仅有利于了解手风琴在中国的发展史，有利于现代手风琴事业的发展，更有利于我们全面正确地了解历史，总结文革时期音乐领域的历史教训，有利于现代中国音乐的健康发展。
