[摘 要] 音乐教育在素质教育中有着及其重要的意义，中小学音乐教育以音乐教育为手段，促进学生全面发展，是中小学音乐教学的根本目的。“寓教于乐”是中小学音乐课堂新的教学模式，第2课堂音乐教育和家庭教育是中小学音乐教育的两翼。

Abstract: There are and important meanings in quality-oriented education in music education, the music education of the middle and primary schools regards music education as the means, it is a basic goal of music teaching of the middle and primary schools to promote students to develop in an all-round way.
