试论中国古典舞身韵的形、神、劲、律

[摘要]虽然把训练“身法”与陶冶”神韵”的方法统称为“身韵”，但进1步去剖析，便可了解它包涵着“形、神、劲、律”4个不可分割的方面。身韵的4个方面与基训是同根同宗、相辅相成的，高水平的身韵给基训带来好的气质和韵味，而好的基训给身韵带来舒展和灵活。中国古典舞要从教学的角度开始建立，在中国古典舞的训练教学中必须掌握古典舞基本训练和身韵的实用性，身韵的4个方面在教学训练中起到10分重要的作用，是古典舞的精髓，存在着不可忽视的价值。

Abstract:Although train" skill" with shape" poetic charm" of method know together as" body of rhyme", further analyze, can understand the aspect that it forgives four indivisibilities of" form, absolute being, strength, rhyme" then.Four aspects and basic training of the rhyme of the body are together an of the same clan, complement each other, the rhyme of the body of the high level brings good qualities and lingering charm for basic training, but good of basic train to the body of rhyme bring to unfold and vivid.The Chinese classic dance wants to start build up from the angle of the teaching, must control the classic dance function of the rhyme of the basic train and body in the training teaching of the Chinese classic dance, four aspects of the rhyme of the body rise the very important function in teaching train, is the essence of the classic dance, exist the value that cant neglect.
