在舞蹈教学中如何加强创新能力的培养

摘 要
在目前教育全球化的大趋势下，传统的舞蹈教育模式已经面临严峻的挑战。舞蹈教育作为综合素质教育中的1个重要方面，更应该有系统而全面的教学方法传授给学生，真正做到“授之以渔”。
从创新教学方式开始，发挥主体意识；培养逆向思维，提倡标新立异；善于互动思维，开展双向互动；大胆即兴创作，挖掘学生潜能，在舞蹈教学中加强舞蹈创新能力的培养研究，全面提高学生的舞蹈综合素质，使舞蹈教育事业走上良性的持续发展之路。

ABSTRACT
Under educating the main trend globalized at present, the traditional dance educational pattern has already faced the severe challenge. The dance is educated as an important respect in comprehensive quality-oriented education, but there should be systems even more but overall teaching methods are imparted to students, really accomplish " the fishing of Israel that awards ". This text begins from the innovative teaching way, give play to subject consciousness; Train reverse thinking, recommend doing things creatively; Good at interdynamic thinking , it is two-way and interdynamic to launch; Create boldly extempore, excavate students latent energy and wait for hands , strengthen the cultivation of the innovation ability of dance to study in the teaching of dance, improve students dance overall qualities in an all-round way , make the dance educational undertaking on the way to benign sustainable development.
