基于Pro/E的数控铣床通用部件设计及进给运动仿真

摘要：数控机床是制造工业的基础装备，它的水平直接影响到制造业的发展。机床的功能及性能和制造成本往往是矛盾的，而产品的总成本75%以上及产品的性能在设计阶段就已经确定，所以应通过改进设计来提高产品的质量和性能并降低其成本，而模块化设计技术正是解决这1矛盾的重要手段。

本文详细介绍了国内外数控机床的发展、模块化技术的理论及研究现状。在此基础上，充分利用Pro/ENGINEER的CAD/CAE功能，对立式数控铣床通用0部件进行模块化设计研究与开发工作。以链轮与链条、皮带与皮带轮的模块化建模为例，来说明如何使用模块化设计技术对立式数控铣床进行模块化设计。最后使用Pro/ENGINERR的装配模块及仿真模块分别对立式数控铣床0部件的虚拟装配及运动仿真。

Design of Universal Components and Simulation of Feeding Movements for Numerical Control Milling Machine Based on Pro/E

ABSTRACT：The numerical control lathe is equipped by the foundation of the manufacture industry , its level influences the development of the manufacturing industry directly. The function, performance and manufacturing cost of the lathe are often contradictory, and more than 75% of total cost of the products and performance of the products have already been fixed during the course of designing, so should improve the quality and performance of the products and reduce their cost through improving and designing , and module designing technique is exactly the important means to solve this contradiction.

This text has introduced the development , theory of module technology and research current situation of the domestic and international numerical control lathe in detail . On this basis, fully utilize the CAD/CAE function of Pro/ENGINEER, carry on the module and design the research and development to the vertical spare part in common use of numerical control milling machine. Take module modeling of the sprocket and roller chain , belt and belt pulley as an example, to explain how to use module designing technique to design the module to the vertical numerical control milling machine. Use Pro/ENGINERR to carry on fictitious assembly of the vertical numerical control milling machine spare part and movement emulation finally.
