摘要

随着我国经济发展和城市开发，住宅小区越来越成为居住的主流，小区物业管理是针对当代社会这1市场需要应运而生的。用计算机操作的小区物业管理系统是为小区管理者和小区用户更好的维护各项物业管理业务处理工作而开发的管理软件。

根据需求分析，实现小区管理业务，其效益已越来越明显。因此，开发这样1套小区物业管理系统软件成为很有必要的事情。

本系统运用Visual Basic.NET为前台开发工具软件，SQL Server为后台数据库进行开发。系统基于B/S模式，共分为房产管理，住户管理，收费管理，综合管理及系统维护等模块，其功能基本涵盖了小区物业管理的各个方面。

Abstract

With our country economy development and the city development, the residential district becomes the housing mainstream more and more, the plot estate management is aims at the contemporary society market requirement to arise at the historic moment. With the computer operation plot estate management system is the management software which develops for the plot superintendent and the plot user better maintenance each estate management handling of traffic work. According to the demand analysis, realizes the plot management service more and more obviously, the benefit already. Therefore, develops this kind of plot estate management system to become has the necessity matter very much. This system used for the Visual Basic.NET for prospects software development tools, SQL Server database for the background. This system based on B/S model and consists of real estate management, household management, charge management, integrated management and system maintenance module, cover their basic function of the district property management in all its aspects.
