电力市场的输电阻塞管理
摘要
本文取材选自2004年全国大学生数学建模竞赛B题,采用两种方法研究电力市场的输电阻塞管理问题,并通过建立相应的模型进行求解。第2部分是基于最优潮流的阻塞管理方法。阻塞管理模型是在双边交易合同市场的条件下建立的,借助于最优潮流这个工具,根据市场报价调整实时平衡市场的电厂出力,在必要时可通过竞价手段削减某些双边合同量,目标函数为调整费用最小,并且采用5节点模拟电力系统对该模型进行了检测。

Abstract
The paper gets material from the test B in the national university students mathematics setting up mold contest on 2004. We studies the problem of transmission congestion management on the electric power market, and built up the homologous model to solve.
This paper is divided two parts. The first part is based upon economic dispatch about the method of congestion management. Its divided four problems to explain. In the first problem, we defines the expression with the relation between electric power generating and current flow value with the method of linearity regression;Problem two, based the principle of market business with the principle of safety,conciseness,reason and fair ,we bring forward two rules to counting congestion charge; To problem three, followed the electric power market bargain principle,we draw up contribute beforehand case for ordered burthen ;Problem four, according to beforehand case examination appears to jam or not, we press step to put forward the programming model that solve the congestion management.The model is introduced the single target programming function “linprog” and many targets function “fgoalattain” in MATLAB to solve.
The second part is based upon Optimal Power Flow (OPF) about the method of congestion management.The model on congestion management is build up under the condition of the bilateral bargain contract market, recur to the tool of OPF, lift a hand to according to the power station of the equilibrium market for the market offer to adjust solid, can cut down the some and bilateral amount of contract through the competing price means as occasion requires, the target function for adjust the expenses minimum, and adopted the 5 nodes simulation electric power system to carried on the examination to that model.
