本文初步阐述了线性规划产生的历史、社会背景,发展概述,以及线性规划在现实生活中的广泛应用及意义．以科学发展观的立场看线性规划在全球化过程中的巨大推动作用,特别是在合理配置资源方面所发挥的作用．从如何建立线性规划问题的数学模型出发,进而对线性规划有个理性的、深层次的认识．分析总结了线性规划问题中的几种基本解法的优、缺点,以及提出了新的求解线性规划问题的方法．
