浅谈音乐在健身操中的重要性

[摘 要] 音乐是健身操的重要组成部分，如果说编排动作是健身操的骨架，那么音乐就是健身操的灵魂，音乐与健身操的联系是紧密不分的。本文围绕音乐与健身操的内在联系，对音乐与健身操，音乐与健身者的关系以及如何选择创编音乐进行论述。强调音乐在健身操中的重要地位，思考研究并重视音乐在健身操中的作用。

Abstract: Music is the importance of the calisthenics to constitute the part, if say that arrange in order the action is the framework of the calisthenics, so music is the soul of the calisthenics, the contact of music and calisthenics is close not to divide. This text surround music and calisthenics inside contact, analyze the discussion music and calisthenics, music and workout, music creates the relation of the plait. Emphasize music in the calisthenics of important position, consider the research to lay equal stress on to see music function in calisthenics.
