浅论良好歌唱心理的培养

摘要

心理学中讲到，人的任何活动都是在心理调节下进行的，心理活动直接关系到人的实践能力，因此心理状态对歌唱整个过程中起着重要作用。歌唱的心理很复杂，分为积极良好的心理状态和消极不良的心理状态两种，良好的歌唱心理能使歌唱者发挥本身的力量演唱出水平，而不良的歌唱心理会影响歌唱者演唱。

本文试图通过借鉴心理学的相关理论，从歌唱者和声乐教师两个角度来讲述如何培养良好的歌唱心理。并介绍两种有效的心理训练方法：暗示法和放松训练。

ABSTRACT

Psychology, above, any activity that is in the psychological conditioning of the psychological activities directly related to the practical ability of the mental singing plays an important role in the whole process.
