摘要：“传统”与“现代”的对接。“传统”代表古典音乐； “现代”代表流行音乐。本文将从Newage音乐的起源讲起，并列举1系列Newage音乐代表性音乐作品和音乐家，及其在世界的影响。

重点讨论Newage中传统与现代对接的几个特点，以及我国和欧美Newage在对接中的具体比较。

自古以来，雅与俗始终并存，2者互为对照，各有受众。因此，不应该简单地说古典就是艺术，流行就不是艺术。Newage音乐的出现，让不同的听众从另1面了解音乐品种的丰富性。

Chinese is translated into " new century " or " new era ".
