论藏族舞“谐”的形态特征及其训练价值

摘要：整个西藏西部的民间歌舞5光10色，风格各异，品种繁多，呈现出明显的多风格特征。在所有的民间歌舞中，名目繁多、对社会生活影响最深刻、流传最广的还是“堆谐”。

藏族舞蹈中最具特色的1点就是膝部的颤动——颤膝，无论是做踢踏、弦子、锅庄舞都离不开这个颤动，对于藏族舞的其它舞种来说，踢踏舞对下肢训练的贡献也是突出的。因为踢踏舞最大的1个特点就是以下肢活动为主，而下肢动作以膝盖的颤动为核心，可以说膝盖的颤动贯穿于踢踏舞始终，而这种日积月累的重复性姿态，必然会对下肢具有广泛的训练作用，促使下肢能力得到全面的提高，因此，藏族踢踏舞是非常典型的以下肢训练为主的舞种，它对于下肢的灵巧性具有普遍的训练价值。

Among all folk song and dance, a multitude of names , influence to social life most deep spreading a wide one that " it is in harmony to pile " most. Tibetan dance have any characteristic to quiver knee most --Quiver knee, make tap-tap , string son , one pot of village dances leave, this quivers to other dance kinds of the Tibetan dance, it is outstanding too that the ones that train to the low limbs in tap dance are contributed. Because tap dance most heavy one characteristic following limb activity main fact, and low limbs with to is it as core , we can say to is it run through to the tap dance all the time to quiver knee to quiver knee movement, and this kind of repeated posture of accumulating over a long period, will inevitablely have extensive training function on the low limbs , impel low limbs ability get overall improvement, so Tibetan tap dance typical following limb train for dance kind that live in very, it has general training value to the dexterity of the low limbs .
