本文通过对89例患者的总结分析，部分结果可以直接指导临床操作，但还存在一些缺陷：①此调查只是小样本，还有大量未被报道的案例，所以分析有数据限制[3]；②目前对于注射填充致失明的研究尚缺乏，发病机制没有动物模型或者临床观察的直接证据，这需要进一步的研究，更需要防治方法的深入研究。
