Abstract

Along with the basketball spreading and popularizing in the global range, the place of the basketball team in a competition becomes a hotspot issue, which gets more and more attention. If the athletic competition system arrangement, the referee is fair or not, teams steady state and so on. Therefore competes the finally place has the certain fortuitousness. The present basketball game places cannot be most real, most objective reflection each participation troops strength place. In view of this, we have the necessity to establish a model to appraise the competition fairness and the rationality.This paper separately uses the contest drawing method and the Scatter model to present the strength taxis of the basketball match, and discusses the rationality about the two kinds of arithmetic. Unifies in 2004 the Athens Olympic Games basketball game and 2005-2006 Chinese basketball professional league tournament (CBA) competition data, compared with two algorithms rationalities.Through the three steps of the scatter model, it can ameliorate the structure of the model step by step, and make it be perfect. At the same time, it makes the hotspot issue——the place of the basketball team in a competition become much more rational.
