摘 要

随着移动电话用户数量的迅速增加及市场竞争局面的出现，移动电话运营商迫切需要1个结构合理,功能完善,协应灵活的业务管理系统，为移动电话业务提供强有力的支撑。在系统的投入使用后，将会大大提高了企业的管理水平，节省了大量人力、物力和财力。

本设计利用软件工程原理，采用Java语言开发，主要包括数据库的建立和维护以及应用程序的开发两个方面。采用了B/S多层系统框架。在数据库模型建立起之后，加入系统的逻辑处理和页面显示处理。主要实现对手机业务的管理。系统可分为系统管理，资源配置，业务受理3个主要模块.其中系统管理模块主要包括对操作员的控制,系统状态的管理.系统状态管理主要是在线用户查看,清除系统缓存,记录查看等。资源配置模块主要是实现对收费规则和手机号码资源的管理。例如新增号码资源，修改收费规则。业务受理模块主要实现客户、账号、手机用户信息的管理。在登陆页面中提供了操作员密码找回的功能模块。方便用户能够在丢失密码的第1时间内找回登陆密码。系统模块的功能分别对应有不同的操作员，系统管理员拥有全部的系统功能，而业务员只有业务受理，自己登录用户登录信息的编辑和上传文件的功能。

本系统具有界面美观大方、软件易使用、运行稳定、占用内存少等特点，实现了原定的基本功能，已达到了手机业务管理的基本要求，此外系统在功能上还有很大的扩展性，各个企业可以根据自身需求，进1步开发完善。
