The phrase “amuse herself” in sentence 3,and the phrase “monotonous” in sentence 2 tells us the two sentences are progressive. The phrase “fattening practice” means “playing traditional tunes”, so the relationship of sentence 3 and sentence 4 are progressive. And sentence 5 and 6 say that the girl enjoys the fattening traditional tunes. So sentence 5 and 6 are further explanation for sentence
