And like my partner says, the subway road in Ningbo city will go through the area. And at that time, not only the local students, but also students in the Ninbo University may go to visit the Ganso shop. So, opening Ganso’s ice cream cake shop here has the transportation advantage.

The cost for the Ganso shop in the University of Nottingham Ningbo China is about 15,000 yuan per month.

In the area where is full of students, they prefer to buy something cheap frequently. But they will buy expensive cakes when someone has a birthday or there is something to celebrate. So, my final collision is: Ganso has a relatively stronger competition.

Students have become the main target customers of Ganso to develop business in the surrounding of University of Nottingham.

  ConclusionFrom this comparison, we can see the gap between the Tian Yi region and the Nottingham University of Ningbo. First, they both have a convenient transportation. However, due to the Tian Yi region is the business center, its cost is higher than the Nottingham’s. On the contrary, its competition ability it also higher than the Nottingham’s because there is little ice cream cake stores around universities and students can’t buy too many ice cream cakes unless there is something to celebrate. Besides, students are still not producers, but consumers. So, they don’t have too much money to spend. And this is the reason that Tian Yi’s purchasing power is stronger than the Nottingham’s. Finally, let’s talk about the customer. Even there are tens of thousands of people in colleges, their mobility is not good, especially that they don’t want to go out just for a cake. By comparison, we can see that Tian Yi region is full of people and they are not resident population. So, more people may go to the Ganso stores because of the curiosity. So, we think Tian Yi is better than Nottingham on this point. Now, let’s see the final score. The Tian Yi Region : 39. The Nottingham University of Ningbo : 38. So, our group’s final decision is: choose Tian Yi region to build another Ganso ice cream cake store
