　　Nowadays it is easier to be an educated person than it was in the past.

　　What defines a person to be qualified and talented? I personally subscribe to the idea that education plays an important role in one’s growth. Compared with the past, there are more and more people who get the college degree. So in my opinion, it is easier to be an educated person than it was in the past.

　　First of all, if people don’t have enough money, they have no chance to go to schools. Imagine this, a person is always in deep poverty, he/she will do nothing but think about how to make a living. As result, education is a just incident thing for him/her. As our country become stronger and richer, people gradually become affluent. After having enough food, it occurs to people that acquiring more knowledge may be a good idea to enrich brains. Therefore, most people will choose to accept education.

　　But there are still some people who have enough money but don’t want to go to schools. So education cannot leave nation’s support. As we know, the government’s approaches are the most authoritative and people would like to obey it. The government makes propaganda about “knowledge can change the fate”which means that if you acquire more skills, you have more opportunities to become successful than others; in addition to this, the government finances the education to make sure that everyone could accept basic education and poor students can achieve their goals. Because of these approaches, more and more people will choose to become educated people.

　　Of course, technology has a strong impact on education. It motivates people who have difficulties enable to accept education. For example, disabled people can study at home by using internet. Such as long-distance courses and online courses are both good choices for them to have the same effect like normal students. Elder people who have retired can also study as young people. Like my grandmother, she goes to the

　　college for elder people to learn how to play the piano which makes her happier and more educated.

　　With the development of the society, people’s mind, nation’s approaches and technology have all changed a lot. It is a good news for us, because we can utilize it to embrace our dreams. So nowadays, it is easier to be an educated person than it was in the past.
