Executive Summary

CQPUT supermarket is seeking financial aid to turn itself into a coffee shop for all people in the university. The coffee shop is to be named the CQUPT Campus Cafe(CCC).

The starting phase of the project involves purchasing new facilities, renovating rooms, hiring cook and waiter. The demand for such a service is promising, because there are so many people in the university. The coffee shop is too less to satisfy people’s need.

Three people will be responsible for the CCC. One is the head of the CCC. The second is the cook. The last one is waiter. The CCC is expected to receive clients on November 28 this year.

According to the quantity of people and the coffee shop in the university, it is a good idea running a coffee shop in the university. Not only can it offer a convenience for many people in the college, but also can let you feel and enjoy the coffee culture. The objective of the project is to turn the school into a comfortable, convenient place for people, who can enjoy a happy college life.

Venture Analysis

The type of the CCC is a individual proprietorship. It is located in 2 .Congwen Road ,Nan’an District, Chongqing. The product of the CCC is cafe. And the service of the CCC is that it can offer all kinds of cafe for you. The venture’s mission is that love warm you and me. Its basic beliefs is beginning from the heart.

Market Analysis

The demand for people in the university is growing rapidly in our college for three reasons. First , the student love drinking coffee. Most students think that coffee can let them have a good spirit, because they feel tired facing a lot of work. Second, some students hold that a day with coffee is a

wonderful day. They think where there is coffee, there is sunshine. The hot coffee can give them the warm. Last, coffee shop is a good place for many students. Ont only can they study in the shop , but also they can enjoy the happy time with their other half. What’s more, we carried out a survey in the college. The result was encouraging. 60% of people like drinking coffee.

Environment

The place of the CCC is located in CQPUT. It is between old library and the Lover’s slope. There are many students. It can draw their attention. Furthermore, it near to the lotus pond, so it is a good place for them to enjoy coffee and study.

Financial Analysis

On the basis of the survey we carried out in our college. We estimate that people would like to pay 15 yuan buy a cup of coffee. The rent of the shop is 10,000 yuan a year. The estimated net income is 80,000 yuan a year.
