Emotional intelligence, culture difference and gender disparity, those three factors are all about the Leadership and will be influence organizations. Business people must not ignore it because they always exist among management business. Emotional Intelligence composed four factors including Mad, sad, Glad and scared, and it is attuned to manage and understanding self-emotions. Those factors can lead you heart and mind, also affect of the people around you. John and David are consider emotional intelligence is personals understand, and identity as well, profitably mange your emotions and other people, it also can able to effectively manage yourselves and relationship (John & David, 2002). Gender disparity is often been controversial topic of lead. In history, women have less education, training and work experience, but some national president as if South Korea and CEO was by female in leader.

I have worked assistant in L group; their group manager always bring negative emotions come to office, if staff makes a small number of mistake he or she must come under heavy criticism because manager is very easy to out of temper. Therefor this department all staffs know manager's character and then he had not able to control self-emotion, staff emotions is negative when they doing the job so the relationship between manager and employees are very poor, as such L group turnover is decline. One day, marketing department had new employee, and manager's command to new employee and me participate

in chamber of commerce works, there I surprised when people share personal experience, because I discover Sino company’s manager have good ability to control their emotions and bring happiness emotion to work and affect company staff, if staff make some mistake they would not criticized as well as encouraging and teaching staff how to make correct, and then she pay attention to teamwork. So this company staff is endeavoring to do the job. The workshop tutors believe that leader have happiness emotion can make organizations successful. There several companies manage or supervisor is a woman in leader. But L group manager always promoted men to supervisor because he considers men are comparing more professional than women of business management.

In L group manager cannot control the self-emotions; he also influences other people emotions so he is not a good leader. The good leader should control own emotions affect work, life and other people as well. Richard and Daniel considered that people who are not inherently leader, they should be learning and training about leadership abilities and knowledge that those people can become a leader so anyone could strengthen his or her four categories if people want to become a good leader. For instance Self-awareness is the ability to recognize and understand your own emotions and how they affect your life and work; self-Management is ability to control the ability to control disruptive or harmful emotions; social awareness, this is one's person ability to

understand with other people even empathizing them; relationship management is the ability to connect with others and build positive relationships (Richard & Daniel, 2011). Lara and John said that: A high level of self-awareness, adding with ability to manage self-emotions, makes a leader to look self-confidence and get the respect and trust of followers. In addition, manage self-emotions can make leader to objectively consider the followers need and want, also teaching leader see things from other perspectives (Lara, & John, 1996.p.31-48). But why can affect other people emotions. For example if people emotion states is happy and enthusiastic, this positive emotions can make happy on around people. Conversely, the people emotion state sad or mad will bring us bad mood. Hendrie calling this phenomena is "emotional contagion" (Hendrie, 1998), it means the leaders who are able to maintain balance and keep positive enthusiastic, and it can help follower or around people motivate and inspire. The whole group increases the energy level; the leader will feel hopeful and optimistic. This phenomenon helps leaders create team spirit and also to manage interpersonal relationships and inspiration, as well as contributes to motivation. However, employees have happiness emotions can make organization success. Jerry and Emily make a example to explaining that studies of happiness in the workplace find that employee happiness can help organization to success, And Gallup Management Journal survey emphasized that leaders, especially frontline supervisor, have a lot of to do with whether staffs have positive or negative

feelings about their work lives (Jerry & Emily, 2005). But I think if leader want to achieve above conditions, the personal IQ and EQ must higher than normal people. A quantitative review and tests of theoretical propositions research outcome shows that, leaders score higher than most normal people on the IQ tests (Timothy et al 2004.p. 542-552). And a quantitative review and tests of theoretical propositions research outcome shows that, leaders score higher than most normal people on the IQ tests (Timothy et al 2004.p. 542-552). The lead in organization depends on teamwork because much of the work in to nowadays organizations, even at top supervisor or manager levels, is done in teams rather than by individuals. Jordan and their study team think that most emotional intelligence studies have focused on individuals and research is beginning to emerge concerning how emotional intelligence relates to teams, they also make example to explaining, one study discover that untrained teams composed of members with high emotional intelligence performed as well as trained teams made of members who rated low on emotional intelligence (Jordan et, al, 2002. p. 195-214). However, Vanessa and Steven arguer 's research has show that emotional intelligence can be developed as a team competency and not just an individual competency (Vanessa & Steven, 2001. p. 81-90). Therefore the high emotional intelligence of the untrained team members enabled them to assess and adapt to the requirements of teamwork and the missions and hand. Finally, I do not agree the L group's manager thought, because women typically self-discipline, work hard, to

encourage employees development. According Lewin research among 25 to 19 year olds, having 32 percent of women college degrees, relatively to 27 percent of men. Women are speedily closing the ph. D. and M. D. gap, and they make up about 50 percent of all U.S. law students, 50 percent of all undergraduate business majors, and around 30 percent of MBA candidates. In addition, report show that women students are more motivation, and very less to skip the lesson, they also will spend more time to study, therefore they always get the high learning achievement (Lewin, 2006). And Michelle research shows the women’s participation in both the citizen affairs has enhanced since the mid-1950, however men's participation has slowly but decline (Michelle, 2003). Therefore, women can be a leader and maybe more professionals than men, in additional, they have hard, highly motivation, as well as have earn higher grades, as such women be appropriate for leader. According to Michelle researches, his observation women are better able to deliver in terms of what modern society requires of people paying attention, lasting by rules, being unwritten competent, and handling with interpersonal relationships in offices (Michelle, 2003). Some academic member discovered interesting fact that female managers are typically rated higher by subordinates on interpersonal skills as well as other factors, for instance mission behavior, good ability to motivate other people, communication, and goal achievement (Kathryn, et, al, 2003.p. 8-19). Woman become female leaders in the real life such as Deborah Kent, the first woman to lead a Ford
