1 INTRODUCTIONRenewable energy sources (RES) are an ‘‘indigenous’’ environmental option, economically competitive with conventional power generation where good wind and solar resources are available. Hybrid systems can help in improving the economic and environmental sustainability of renewable energy systems to fulfill the energy demand. The aim of this paper is to present a dynamic model which is able to integrate different RES to feed a “Green’’ building needs in a sustainable way.

2 WIND ENERGY SYSTEMWind energy is a free, renewable resource, so no matter how much is used today, there will still be the same supply in the future. Wind energy is also a source of clean, non-polluting, electricity. Unlike conventional power plants, wind plants emit no air pollutants or greenhouse gases.

2.1 The utilization form for the Wind energy
Wind energy can be used in 2 different ways, directly utilize the mechanical energy, and generate electricity. The most important part to capture the wind energy is the wind turbine. Wind turbine convert the kinetic energy in the wind to mechanical power. This mechanical power then can be used to generate electricity by the generator.

2.6 Environmental Concerns of the wind energy
Although wind power plants have relatively little impact on the environment compared to fossil fuel power plants, there is some concern over the noise produced by the rotor blades, aesthetic (visual) impacts, and birds and bats having been killed (avian/bat mortality) by flying into the rotors. Most of these problems have been resolved or greatly reduced through technological development or by properly siting wind plants.
pply and Transport Issues for the wind energy The major challenge to using wind as a source of power is that it is intermittent and does not always blow when electricity is needed. Wind cannot be stored (although wind-generated electricity can be stored, if batteries are used), and not all winds can be harnessed to meet the timing of electricity demands. Further, good wind sites are often located in remote locations far from areas of electric power demand (such as cities). Finally, wind resource development may compete with other uses for the land, and those alternative uses may be more highly valued than electricity generation. However, wind turbines can be located on land that is also used for grazing or even farming. In summary, Looking at the wind speed in the urban environment, it is not possible to generate a high power from wind energy. In addition, the unstable energy of wind cannot directly transferred to the grid. Therefore it needs a battery to store the energy and then release it as the stable energy. In common practice, wind energy in the urban environment can just enough for additional supply, not for the main supply. As consequence, it is necessary to develop another resources of renewable energy as solar to be combined with wind to create a smart energy system in the building.

The PV cells is used for electrical energy generation by absorbing sunlight. The CSP is used for heating the working fluid in a receiver via the focused sunlight from certain reflective surfaces.

4 INTRODUCTION OF THE COMBINED SYSTEM(A HYBRID SMART ENERGY SYSTEM) Now I will introduce the Hybrid power generation system, which combines a renewable energy source with other forms of generation, usually a conventional generator powered by diesel or even another renewable form of energy but we have a combination of wind energy in our project. Such hybrid systems serve to reduce the consumption of nonrenewable fuel for a building.

5 CONCLUSIONThrough our research, we conclude that the smart energy system is a kind of energy system which has the advantage of great efficiency, energy saving and low in cost. Furthermore, hybrid smart energy system can offer solutions and value to customers that individual technologies cannot match. In addition, it can offer market entry strategies for technologies that can currently replace some of traditional options. At the sa
me time, some renewable hybrid energy systems are commercially available today, so it can provide some successful applications we can learn from. Energy security, clean energy, energy conservation and pollution reduction feature prominently in our national development strategies. Thus, it is recommended to develop and popularize the hybrid smart energy system.
