Abstract
Objective: To investigate the relevant circumstances about the students of
a medical universities by learning medical ethics course in Xinjiang,and study
of medical ethics after courses for volunteer work. Analyzes the impact of the
current situation in the medical university of Xinjiang that shall offer medical
ethics course perfectly, and to establish a scientific and reasonable
evaluation system. Offer data for the medical university in Xinjiang to have
medical ethics course better, and offer medical ethics course provides data and
the sustainable development of scientific basis for the medical university in
Xinjiang finally.
Methods: Choose the students and doctors of the medical university in
Xinjiang as the research object.Based on the arrangement of the current
situation, the influence to the students, the suggestion on this course and the
understanding situation of the doctors in the medical university by
questionnaires. In order to analysis the effect about the medical ethics course.
Through the data from the statistics of the questionnaire to establish scientific
and reasonable effect evaluation index. Political support for the medical
university medical ethics courses provide data and offer scientific basis.
Results: The status of the medical ethics cuurses of the medical university in
Xinjiang is reasonable.The influencing factors analysis from the
consciousness of the students and doctors of the medical university in
Xinjiang to have the medical ethics course shows that it ’s not influenced by
gender, political affiliation, length of schooling, professional restriction, and
mainly by grade influences. Part of the value orientation of partial medical
students, the actualization and utilitarian. Some students in the school to the
medical profession value understanding of the contents will have biased. The
students of different grades in the school about medical ethics knowledge

level differences, A few students of vocational ability localization have some
mistake.
The awareness of the students in the medical university is thick.There is a
correlation between medical ang medical ethics cases.The students and
doctors in medical ethics consciousness are statistically significant.
The students of medical ethics consciousness in the university is good, but
some doctors to emphasize individual fields of development, despis e the unity
cooperation.Heavy general professional knowledge, light professional ethics
education. Medical ethics course scheduling is not reasonable enough, t he
content of the material is older, a single pattern, course assessment of
humanistic quality of the comparative is missing, nurturance still need to
improve the mode of teaching.
Conclusion: The normall conditions about medical ethics course of the
medical university in Xinjiang is generally. The students and doctors in
medical ethics awareness is need of further improve its performance. The
textbook of medical ethics course is slightly dated, the method of course
assessment is also slightly single, the cultivation of humanistic quality is also
missing in the medical university. It is need for furt her perfecting the teaching
mode and teaching contents, but also need to establish and perfect the
mechanism and assessment system to control and evaluating medical ethics
education practice education.
