What the author illustrates in the picture above reveal the reality that thanks to the advancement of the internet and modern communication technologies,working at home has become a reality for some people.as working at home has some obvious advantages. The biggest advantage is that people can make a better balance between career and family.For the company, it will be able to reduce the cost by having smaller working space and less money used for daily routines in the offices.But as every coin has two sides, working at home also has some disadvantages,the biggest problem is the loss of team spirit, which is indispensable to the success of the company in the competitive society.

In my opinion,this work pattern is only suited to a certain number of people who can accomplish their work individually, and is limited to certain work fields.

In my opinion,this work pattern is limited to certain work fields. Enterprises

should weigh the pros and cons before making a decision to allow their employees

to work at home.

However, opponents of home working don’t think it will become a popular working style. In their views, working at home deprives the employees of face to face communication with others, which is

disadvantageous in social life. In addition, once any problem in work

arises, it’s impossible to discuss it with others immediately. In that case, home working can be very difficult and frustrating.

Therefore, I have to say that telecommuting job, like a coin, has two sides. It can provide convenience and satisfaction, but it may bring

problems and trouble as well. Hence, home working has a long way to go to become popular.
