9 MISCELLANEOUS

Af ter your application has been successfully concluded you will have access to all the services

mentioned in Item 6 of the KNX Internal Rules “Membership”. The latest version of the KNX Internal Rules and the Articles of the Association can be downloaded from:

10 DECLARATION

co-operation in the KNX Association, according to the rights and obligations as stipulated in the KNX To pay the contributions as given in the valid version of the KNX Association Internal Rules

“Fees”

That according to the KNX Articles article 3.7, a withdrawal from membership needs to be

forwarded by registered letter at the latest six months before the end of the corporate year, i.e. 30th of June, otherwise the membership is automatically extended with one year;

In case of shareholder membership, to subscribe to the required number of shares, the price of

which is given in the valid version of the KNX Association Articles

In case of licenseeship membership, the minimum duration of membership is fixed to 5 years; In case of offering KNX S-Mode products (products configurable with the uniform design and

commissioning tool, ETS?), our company herewith agrees that the corresponding ETS product databases will be also offered via the KNX Online Catalogue.
