Here you will find the report you requested on 4 June including the analysis on the marketing plan.

Our report is divided into current marketing situation, SWOT analysis, objectives and issues and marketing strategy. Our project is ‘3R+1’, that is reduce, reuse, recycle and reward. Our plan is to set free garbage sorters in the communities, sort the residents’ garbage and pick the useful material to sell to the raw material factories.

This project has not been mentioned in the market in china. It means our product will have a prospect future. Our product can turn waste into treasure, not only save the land, but also avoid pollution of firing garbage.

Executive Summary

Social enterprise, which runs for social benefit, is familiar to the industrial countries but not known well in China. Therefore, it is challenge but also an opportunity for us to make a marketing plan of social enterprise. Our business idea originates from the expectation of a more eco-friendly environment. Statistics shows that everyday a great amount of trashes filled or burned in China, causing a bad effect on the atmosphere or discarding the land. Out of environmental protection awareness, we come up with a thought that enables collecting and recycling the trash in a large-scale, account for our marketing plan of 3R plus 1, which means reduce, reuse, recycle, and reward. To achieve the goal of garbage classification, we have an intelligent product—the garbage sorter, which can automatically sort out the garbage. The foreign countries have mature experience in the work of garbage classification, thus we can settle the potential technological obstacles to produce the garbage-classifying machine. The major participant in our company is listing:

1. Tramps and the unemployed. To promote a more harmonious society, meanwhile achieve more benefit for social security, we plan to employ the tramps and the unemployed to participate in the process line. Before they work, we give staff further training program to the staff for better operation, including specific items and requirements. 2. Residents. For the residents who put the garbage into our recycle bin, our company staff will record it for incentives for their active participation. Research shows that the majority of residents will support the conduct of dealing with garbage if there were such action. With the hypothetical support from the mass, to be more incentive, we provide intangible rewards such as cash coupon, bonus point of a brand or shopping mall. The more record they make, the larger reward they will receive. 3. Raw material buyers and processors. Our major consumer is raw material processers. Leave out the chemical procedure of producing, the recycle garbage cost little so that it will be competitive in the raw material market with its low price and high quality. That is how we earn cash from sales. For maximum success of company development, we have done a detailed analysis, including competition, threats and opportunities analysis and marketing strategy in this report.

Introduction

Background

According to the latest statistics, our country produces probably billions of tons of garbage annually. Nowadays, the environmental friendly is becoming more and more important in our daily life. The most popular way to deal with the garbage is the traditional landfill and incineration which choose to fire the garbage, but may do harm to the environment. However, garbage sorter can turn waste into treasure, not only save the land, but also avoid pollution. After seeing the current situation, we can see that developing an effective garbage classification market is the wish of the whole society. It means our product will have a prospect future. Authorization and purpose of the report

When we studied marketing plan, Mrs. He asked us to find a product and made a marketing plan for it. We are asked to form a company to promote the product we choose to the public. After a heated discussion, our group chooses a green product related with the topic ‘3R+1’ and decides to make a project of it. Now we write this report to explain our project and product more clearly which based on our learnt marketing knowledge. Limitations

First, we lack marketing experience to analyze the current market. Our acuity of the market is not strong enough to grasp the marketing trend timely. Besides, we are just students without much professional knowledge to do the most correct choice in the market. We may be ideal to our products, which don’t think of the risk in the real market, that is only an ambitious attempt. The scope of the report

This report is mainly introducing our marketing plan of ‘3R+1’ and garbage sorter. Our report is divided into current marketing situation, SWOT analysis, objectives and issues and marketing strategy. We get some of the information from the internet by surfing some websites of the similar products, and we learn the analyzing methods from Principle of Marketing. By comparing and contrasting the semblable products, we get to know the advantages and disadvantages of our own product.
