The Legal representative of this company is zhao rong. In recent years, The company's operating in good condition, Cash flow is sufficient. And Because of the financial crisis, The substantial depreciation of the euro provide a chance for the company imports Electrical components from EU in a low price then before. So zhao rong decided to develop the international market . So the Company face more severe challenges,International buyers are more selective and need good product quality.
1.1 Analysis of the original organization structure:
The original organization structure is belongs to functional structure, because it divide the work according to the functions. 1.Chain of command of this company is flat.chain of command refers to the number of different levels in the organization. 2. This structure is a formal structure, because of the clear division of labor. The formal structure refers to strict distinction between managers and executives. 3. The span of 2

control in this company is wide. Span of control means the number of subordinates that an executive supervises. In this company the executive supervises many stuff. 4. Work specialization of this company is high. Work specialization means division of stuffs. 5. Departmentalization of the company is also high, because all the stuff was placed in the department. The advanced structure is belongs to hierarchy structure chain of command is tall and span of control is narrow. Of course, this structure is a formal structure. The work specialization and departmentalization is high.
2.0 Recommendation: In the original structure the factory manager is too powerful,and the original one lack of Quality supervision department. Besides , an after-sales department should be add to Maintain good corporate image. In the advance structure, factory director only responsible for production and material purchase; quality director take charge of quality supervision; sales and development directors in charge of e-business, sales, technology development, financial and after sales services. The advanced one is a hierarchy structure. Chian of command is tall, span of control is marrow,this structure is a formal structure,work-specialization is high, it is a centralization structure.

These directors can provide suggestions when the CEO make decision. The relationship between quality supervision department, sales department , financial department etc is belongs to functional structure quality supervision department may monitor financial department and financial department may do financial analysis According to the sales situation. The relationship between factory directors, quality directors and sales and development directors is belongs to lateral relationship.
